Add subtle sound effect when frame Notification is triggered

The pulsing notification icons in the frame can be easily missed if you are not looking directly at your screen. A subtle sound effect played as they appear would help draw attention to them.

If the sound effect is subtle and inoffensive, all Notifications could play the sound (including clipboard copy Notification). Think of the sound as being the frame trying to tell you "a frame message arrived".
