Strange collection of Activities refuse to remain 'un-favoured' after a reboot

Description
A strange collection of Activities will show in the Home favourites view after a reboot and after being un-favoured (which initially seems to work until you next reboot). To try and get the full list, I un-favoured everything (empty home fav view) and then rebooted.
The Activities that refuse to go are: Analyze, Memorize, Implode, Paint, Moon, Measure, Maze, Terminal, Log, Pippy, TurtleArt, Speak, Calculate, Write, Browse, Chat, Read, EToys
The Activities that are happy to be un-favoured are: Read EText, Get AI Books, View Slides, Library, xoEditor, InfoSlicer, Bounce, Finance, Typing Turtle, Labyrinth, IRC, Conozco Uruguary, Clock, PlayGo, ShowNTell, Physics, Colors, Image Viewer, Jukebox.

Not sure when this was fixed, but quite some time ago. Just tested in 0.98 to confirm.
