1. Turn off default AP
2. Run Sugar
3. Switch to neighborhood
4. Filter view by typing part of the ESSID of the default AP
5. Turn on default AP

Expected results:
Show default AP as pulsing, colored ""not connected"" icon and after connection has been established as a colored ""connected"" icon.

Actual results:
Shows default AP as pulsing, gray ""not connected"" icon and after connection has been established as a gray ""connected"" icon.
